Jennifer, you are awesome. I appreciate the attention to all the little details you give, the follow-up you so diligently provide, and the extra things you do to show you care. You can bet on me recommending you. Beverly says she also loves working with you because of how thorough you are.

I left for Spokane very early in the morning and didn't retrieve your phone message until 8pm last night. The signing was fast and painless. Everything was in order, and we had no questions on anything. Everything looked great! Beverly was a sweetheart and will probably use her again if we have to do another closing. She said she would even be willing to come to Stevens County to close if we use her when we sell this house. The closing agent fees were fair and acceptable, so even that part didn't hurt. When we sell the house, I will emphatically recommend that if the buyers need financing, they go through you, hands-down.

It looks like, because of the 3-day rescindtion period, the loan won't fund until Jan. 8 -- which means we will have to pay a $49 late fee to CLS. That's the only thing I was unhappy about -- not because of the $49, but because you know how I feel about giving CLS any more money. But, there's nothing you or Beverly or WAMU could do about that.

I used Berg Appraisal 9 1/2 years ago, and they were just as pleasant to work with now as they were then -- and FAST! I will not only use them again, I will recommend them, too.

I wanted to thank you for our conversation earlier. Speaking with you today and all your help so far has made me feel hopeful about finally getting a break. I have had some very bad things happen in the past several years, and have felt so bad. This was the first time I stepped out on a limb toward buying a house, and thought I would be rejected outright.
